The H.O.P.E. Project is an information technology ("I.T.") training program dedicated to providing technical training and development for young adults. The Helping Other People Excel or H.O.P.E. Project is a for-profit community-uplift program, which serves the residents of DC, focusing on the economically distressed 8th Ward. 22nd Century Technologies have successfully hired more than 8 graduates of the program, with 20+ more sponsored for jobs in the Dept. of Defense.
