22nd Century awarded DLA - Maintenance and Installation Services for AV/VTC Contract.
22nd Century Technologies won contract with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Network and Telecom Services Division (J64B). On this contract 22nd Century will provide assessment, installation, implementation, integration, configuration, training, documentation, mitigation, and assistance to the DLA in the implementation and operation of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and software to extend, technically refresh and interface with the existing Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconference (VTC) infrastructure.

22nd Century awarded DISA Liaison & Hosting (DL&H) Office Sustainment and Support Services Contract.
22nd Century Technologies was selected to support DISA Liaison & Hosting (DL&H) Office Sustainment and Support Services Program. Awarded by DLA to assist in aligning cloud operations and policies with DoD Cloud Strategy. On program, 22nd Century will provide assessments and recommendations that support the modification of existing DLA infrastructure in accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and DLA policies and procedures.

22nd Century Technologies has been awarded the contract with the Department of Justice (DOJ) SDS for ISSO Support.
22nd Century Technologies has been awarded the contract for U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Service Delivery Staff (SDS) Compliance Cyber Assessment Program. As part of program 22nd Century will support, oversee and maintain DOJ cybersecurity policies, procedures and audits requirements in order to reduce and eliminate threat to the overall DOJ mission. Scope of program include determining the impact of new technology or policy (e.g., Continuous Diagnostic and Mitigation (CDM) technologies, anomaly based tools, virtual environments, etc.) on the SDS IT systems; recommend, develop, and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual FISMA reporting documents in DOJ required format.

22nd Century Technologies has been awarded the contract with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Cyber Emergency Response Team (CERT).
22nd Century Technologies won task order with DLA Cyber Emergency Response Team (CERT). Our services include but are not limited to continuously monitoring all facets of the DLA network such as network and host based IDS; handling and developing warning intelligence for DLA subscribers and other CSSPs; providing attack sensing and warning services tailored specifically to each DLA subscriber; responding to and handling cyber incidents as they are identified.

22nd Century has been awarded the contract with the Defense Health Agency for Defense Medical Accession Computing System Sustainment. We will be providing system administration and user support associated with software operations, sustainment and maintenance including: capturing of appropriate metrics to assess the efficiency of the application and its architecture; identifying technical and business obstacles or constraints; provide Tier III application and system support remotely; provide “tiger team” on-site support as needed; and, providing technical, business, user, and process documentation as related to application development, install, maintenance, and user training. Preceding high-level requirements may be refined adaptively over the course of the effort to continuously meet specified user needs. User needs will be prioritized based on business value and technical dependencies.

22nd Century has been awarded the contract with the Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) to provide analytical support of aviation data related to traffic operations, financial and operational performance, and origin and destination data from domestic and international air carriers. We will be performing ad-hoc reporting of aviation data and statistics in response to customer data calls, special reports, and data quality improvement efforts. We will be creating interactive data visualization using Tableau to analyze the data using the best industry standards in visual analytics.

22nd Century won a contract with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide Engineering Subject Matter Experts for network architecture and infrastructure within the data centers, wide area network, and security zones. We will be managing the architecture, design, engineering, standards and operations of the data, voice, video, contact center environment, converged networks and user infrastructure in support of the IRS strategic plan and mission. We will assist in deploying new technologies and security measures with the IRS’ legacy networks, as well as new and legacy implementations with the IRS’ externally hosted cloud environment(s). Our support also includes day-to-day network operations, providing IT Service Desk support while developing long-term network and process improvements.

22nd Century has been awarded the contract ServiceNow Operation and Enhancement (SNOE) to provide expertise for Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division (CRT) maturation of existing cloud based commercial of the shelf (COTS) applications. Specifically, to establish requirements for contractor-provided services to improve CRTs ServiceNow (development, test, and production environments and associated processes), using Agile/iterative development/integration process.

22nd Century won contract with National Institute of Drug Administration (NIDA) to provide Application Development and Information Technology (IT) Services (ADITS). We will provide services to create and maintain administrative & research support software applications; maintain, modernize, and support commercial-off-the-shelf collaboration and content; support and scale scientific data repositories for partnering NIDA Divisions, as well as external facing principal investigators to establish data standards and promote data sharing; and support and maintain back-end IT infrastructure services that include sustaining and maintaining NIDA’s application and database server architecture.

22nd Century Technologies won a contract with the National Museum of the United States Army (NMUSA) to provide IT Support Services, which includes sensitive and unclassified information systems.

22nd Century Technologies won contract with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to provide development and sustainment support for Joint Additive Manufacturing Model Exchange (JAMMEX). DLA is seeking to continue to develop JAMMEX with new functionality and enhance and sustain current functionalities. 22nd Century provide support for the development, test, and production environments in the DLA Azure Cloud environment to support the DLA AM Exchange Service for JAMMEX. JAMMEX will include at a minimum nine data repositories for DLA and the various Services and Defense Agencies. The live connections between JAMMEX and the external repositories will need to be maintained and new connections setup as necessary. The size of the 3D models and data will vary. DLA seeks database and system administration support. Support is also needed to ensure that JAMMEX complies with Cybersecurity regulations and appropriate assessments are performed.
